GENERAL AND ROUTINE MAINTENANCE CLEANING
Keeping your furniture clean is paramount for it lasting for years. Upholstered furniture is a magnet for dust, dirt, dander, allergens, and all sorts of other substances from daily use. Our general overall cleanings are designed to deep clean your upholstered furniture and remove majority of dirt and dust that simple vacuuming does not get.
SPOT & STAIN REMOVAL
Life happens. We understand. Sometimes substances accidentally get onto your upholstered furniture and are not easily cleaned off. We are able to remove or minimize most stains that happen. Coffee, wine, tomato sauce, grease, etc. You name it and we can most likely remove or reduce the stain.
HUMAN AND ANIMAL BODILY FLUIDS
These are the accidents that no one ever wants to talk about. Thankfully we are the experts you should trust when dealing with these. We are able to breakdown and fully extract bodily fluids from urine, feces, blood and vomit. We are also able to completely remove or greatly reduce anything left over that may cause lingering odors.
LEATHER CLEANING AND RECONDITIONING
Leather can be very tricky to clean and make sure it does not get damaged. Our experience and products are the perfect combination to clean and protect your valuable leather furniture!
FABRIC AND LEATHER PROTECTIVE COATINGS
Your furniture is an expensive investment. It is also one of the most used items in your home. Why would you not want to protect it at all costs? Our new age products are chemically engineered for exactly that purpose. These are professional level products that we have access to and are designed to chemically bond to the surface of your fabric upholstery and leather. These products will make your furniture stain and liquid resistant, help reduce wear and tear from everyday use, resist or prevent clothing dye transfer, prevent fading and discolorations, and overall will help keep your furniture looking like new!

What is included; Vacuuming, Stain Treatment, Shampoo and Extraction of seats, arms, backrests, front/rear/side panels, center consoles and any other items attached to the seated areas.

Cleaning of Biohazard (animal/human urine, fecal, vomit, blood, any or all other bodily fluids or solids) will be quoted on a case by case basis.***
LEATHER CLEANING

PREMIUM SERVICES

Ceramic Fabric Protective Coating - $50.00 per seated area - An expert level product that chemically bonds with the fibers of your upholstery that beads liquids, resists staining, minimizes wear and clothing dye transfer and makes your upholstery easier to clean. Product can last up to 12 months depending on use. Recommend re-application every 6 months for maximum effectiveness.

Ceramic Nano Leather Protective Coating - $75.00 per seated area - A professional level coating that chemically bonds with the leather surface off your furniture. This is not leather conditioner. This product makes your leather resistant to wear and tear, color fading, clothing dye transfer, resists staining from dirt and oils, keeps your leather feeling new and supple and makes your leather easier to clean without changing the look or feel of your leather. Product can last up to 18 months depending on use. Recommend re-application every 12 months. Product must be applied on a cleaned leather surface only and cannot be applied on aniline or semi-aniline leathers or similar material.
*Oversized seated areas will be determined by seat width. Seats that are wider than 30" will be classified as oversized.
**There is a minimum cleaning visitation fee of $175.00. If total of seated areas cleaned is greater than $175.00, the minimum fee of $175.00 does not apply. Only the higher of the two amounts will be charged. For example 5 standard sized seated areas at $50.00 per each equals $250.00, then your total owed is only $250.00. If you are only having us clean one or two standalone recliners than your total will be $175.00.
***Biohazard cleanings will incur a one time additional fee that may range from $50-$1000+ in addition to the standard cleaning fees listed above. This additional fee will be applied on a case by case basis depending on the severity. This fee is not negotiable and must be paid prior to any work being performed. This is necessary due to the extra precautions, specialized cleaning solutions, and after-work sanitization and disposal of equipment that must take place. Failure to disclose biohazardous conditions or their severity will result in immediate termination of service with minimum service fee owed for time and travel.
DISCLAIMER; Pricing can change at any time and without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate service for any reason at any time. Prices may be subject to tax. There may be additional fees for excessive distances that is need to be traveled to your location. This will be disclosed to you upon initial quote. Excessive distance fees will be charged at $0.75 per mile to and from location. Not all stains can, or will be removed. Working area must be clean and clear of obstructions and tripping hazards. Please have all blankets, pillows, and all other items removed from the furniture before our arrival. The customer assumes all liability and understands that our service involves the use of cleaning solutions and water, and will leave your furniture damp for a period of time after service is completed. Customer allows us to take before and after photos of the furniture. We will document all damage and issues prior to start of service. We are not responsible for any possible accidental damage occurring during the cleaning process and customer accepts this liability as a condition of service.

Eric is our owner and operator, as well as the senior technician. He comes with years of experience in the furniture industry and dealing with the manufacturers as well as some of the major warranty companies. He knows all the ins, outs, and has knowledge of majority of the brands that are available to the public today. He also has extensive backgrounds in woodworking, business management, automoitve, retail and customer service.
